Food art meets shadow art: Newcastle Beer billboard

Newcastle beer recently had a couple of artists put together a new and unique billboard using a technique called Shadow Art.  The billboard was placed in a popular nightclub district, ensuring maximum marketing effect at night.  The artists used roughly 3000 bottle caps to create what in the day looks like a jumble of trash, and at night, comes alive.  “The lighter side of dark” was the concept, letting light and shadows create their image.
