Beer Infused Ice Cream brings new meaning to a pint

beer icecream

Meet Brewer’s Cow.  It’s beer.  It’s ice cream.  It’s mind blowing.  Beer infused ice cream is not really a new concept, and people have been drinking Guinness floats for a while now.  These guys, however, have turned their brew-creamery into an art, and are producing beer infused ice creams commercially.

Here’s their schpiel:

The Brewer’s Cow has been making Beer Ice Cream since the turn of the century. With the same passion and intensity as craft brewers, we take making ice cream seriously. This is a art form that truly comes through in the product itself. We start with the best beers found across the land. Then we add the finest cream that New England has to offer. Add to that, Fudge, Caramel, Nuts and other ingredients that pair well with great beer, and you get an ice cream that is worthy of being called The Brewer’s Cow.

sixpack

They offer a six-pack of three different ice cream flavors: Guinness Black and Tan, Ten Penny Ale Nut Parfait, and a Bavarian Beer Brittle made with Samuel Adams.  Each six-pack contains two of each flavour.  It isn’t cheap, but well worth it.  Get it online here.
