After about 10,000 years, the Paleo diet is making its comeback. The Paleo diet is a modern nutrition plan based on what humans ate during the Paleolithic era, which lasted about 2.5 million years and ended with the advent of architecture (among other things).
The paleo diet focuses on eating foods such as fruit, vegetables, lean meats, nuts and berries, while avoiding things like starches, processed foods, dairy, grains and *gulp* alcohol.
