I have just learned about this glorious creation that apparently has been around since the 1960s. Meet spaghetti ice cream. Dubbed Spaghetti-Eis, it roots come from Germany. The EIS cafe has a massive selection, including a lasagne version.
This delectable dessert is vanilla ice cream that has been pressed through a potato ricer, smothered in strawberry sauce, and coated with coconut shavings and almonds to simulate parmesan.
It is served in a variety of ways with various toppings, but one thing is certain. It’s effing good.
This Spaghetti-eis video will make your mouth water, and you will never look at pasta in the same way.
