Here’s a couple of recipes to try with their Cookie Dough Vodka.   I recommend just having it with milk (c’mon… cookies and milk!) or blending it with vanilla ice cream for a milkshake:

Maple Chip

• 2 parts Pinnacle Cookie Dough
• 1 part Milk Splash Maple Syrup

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Irish Cookie

• 2 parts Pinnacle Cookie Dough
• 1 part Irish Cream
• 1 part Milk

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.

Cookie Cola

• 1 part Pinnacle Cookie Dough
• 2 parts Cola

Mix in a glass with ice and garnish with a cherry.

Chocolate Macaroon

• 2 parts Pinnacle Cookie Dough
• 1 part Coconut Rum
• 1 part Cream

Rim martini glass with shaved chocolate. Shake with ice and strain into prepared martini glass.
