Bacon and egg cupcakes!

    How long and on what temp do you bake them for?

      Preheat oven to 325° F. Place oven rack in middle of your oven.

      Bake in preheated oven approximately 12 to 14 minutes, depending on number of servings being baked. Check the eggs after about 10 minutes baking time. Rotate the dishes if the eggs aren’t cooking evenly. When done, the whites should be completely set and the yolks beginning to thicken but not hard. Remember the eggs will continue to cook after being removed from the oven. You can also add fried hashbrowns to the bottom, or other yumminess.

      If you want to use bacon, or want your ham crispier, cook them a little first. If using bacon, make sure they are cooked off and drained, or face the consequences…

    can this be done in dutch oven for camping ?

    I think using the foil cupcake liners would be a nice option and may help in a better heating. May be just a thought.
